A wellbeing hub has opened in Bury with the aim of "bringing together a new community of people who want to make changes to their nutrition and lifestyle".
Wellness on The Rock is a three-floor venue which is owned by businesswoman and wellbeing expert Saira Poonawala, who is a qualified beauty therapist and aesthetician.
The hub, which opened on Monday, October 9, offers a nutrition club, workshops, a shop, a fitness studio and cookery classes.

The flagship of the hub is the nutrition club and members can enjoy good nutrition and benefit from a network of support.
People will attend the sessions daily for 10 days, take supplements and shakes, try foods and see cookery demonstrations and track their progress as part of building a healthier lifestyle.
The first floor comprises a shop which stocks high quality supplements, shakes and powers and healthy, hard to source snacks.
The second floor is home to the nutrition club with a relaxed vibe for people to meet, complete with a demonstration kitchen.

And the top floor features a fitness studio is open to the public to attend a range of classes and workshops.
Saira believes that everyone has the right to a healthy and active lifestyle and wants to support as many people as possible in achieving this.
She said: “I have always been interested in nutrition and a diet rich in everything that we need to be in optimum health.
“After intensive research, I saw a real gap in the market for this in the local area and after much planning Wellness on The Rock was born.
“I want to build a real community of like-minded people with common goals who are able to come together in a safe space and make changes to their lifestyles.”

An open day will be taking place on Saturday, October 14 from 11am until 3pm.
The event will feature free health checks a series talks, demonstrations, cookery sessions and food sampling from Saira and the team who will be on hand to answer any questions.
Saira added: “We are inviting people to come along for a free health check and consultation, from which we will be able to create a plan that is bespoke for their needs.
“There is no one size fits all and at Wellness on the Rock we are passionate about treating people as the unique individuals that we all are.”
