A 37-year-old man has been arrested in Bury after a string of burglaries were committed across the country.
The man, who has not been named by police, was wanted by four police forces and was arrested in the town on suspicion of several theft offences.
The arrests followed an investigation by Greater Manchester Police's City of Manchester North Neighbourhood Crime Team and Force Critical Wanted Unit.

The suspect, who remains in custody for questioning, was arrested by officers from the Tactical Vehicle Intercept Unit.
The suspect is alleged to have carried out several burglaries on commercial premises in Blackley and Crumpsall in May and September this year.
He has also been accused of committing offences in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
