Two people have been left with injuries after an earlier road traffic collision involving two vehicles in Bury.
Emergency services including Greater Manchester Police, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and the North West Ambulance Service attended a road traffic collision at around 3.30pm today, September 30, on Heywood Street in Bury.
Firefighters from Bury Fire Station attended the scene after responding to a police request.
Residents in the area said a cordon was in place and firefighters were in attendance for around 25 minutes.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 3.26pm on Saturday, September 30, firefighters from Bury fire station responded to a police request for support at the scene of a road traffic collision between two vehicles on Heywood Street in Bury.
“Firefighters made the scene safe and left the incident after approximately 25 minutes. Two injured people were left in the care of North West Ambulance Service.”
