An award-winning kitchen designer has been left "ecstatic" after winning the Made In Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw.

Amanda Dunlop scooped the prize with ticket number 20575.

She holds five tickets and has been a supporter of the draw since it started.

She was a member of the Made In Bury Business Academy in 2017 with her company Icon Kitchen Studio, which is now based in Rawtenstall. 

Led by award-winning designer Amanda, Icon is one of Lancashire’s more celebrated showrooms that specialises in Italian kitchens that "celebrate the unordinary".

Throughout the years she has developed one of the most successful showrooms in Lancashire and has a portfolio of very happy clients.

She is "well known for her innate ability to see beyond the surface and envision the full potential" of kitchens.

Amanda said: "I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the academy.

"It helped me and my business a lot and I want to help others have the same experience.

"I am happy to support local businesses."

When asked what she would be spending her winnings on, Amanda said that she will be using the funds as spending money for a Canadian cruise that she has booked for later in the year.
