Police have renewed an arson appeal after vital items belonging to voluntary groups were destroyed in a fire in a shipping container in Radcliffe.
The blaze broke out between 5pm and 5.30pm on Friday, August 4 on Belmont Road in which goods owned by Radcliffe Litter Pickers and Incredible Edible Radcliffe were wrecked.

The container carried items that the two groups used to help better their community for four years.
Anyone who may have CCTV of the incident are being asked to come forward and contact police.
No arrests or injuries have been reported.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “The Radcliffe Neighbourhood Team are still appealing for information regarding an incident of arson that occurred between 5pm and 5.30pm on Friday, August 4 on Belmont Road, Radcliffe.
“The incident caused significant damage to containers storing items vital to two voluntary community groups, Radcliffe Litter Pickers and Incredible Edible Radcliffe.

“Many of the items were melted in the incident, these groups have been volunteering to better their community for four years.
“We are asking for anyone with CCTV which could assist our investigation or anyone with information on who could be responsible to call 01618568180 and leave a message for PC 18993 Bateman, quoting log 2970-040823.”
Following the incident, a Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Shortly before 6pm on Friday, August 4, firefighters were called out to a fire on Belmont Road, Radcliffe.
“Two fire engines from Bury and Whitefield quickly attended the scene where a storage container was on fire.
"Crews used a hose reel and a thermal camera to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for 50 minutes.”
