A crime author will welcome fans at the Mill Gate Shopping Centre in Bury on Saturday.
Michael Knaggs, who lives in Simister, will appear at the centre’s WHSmith shop from 10.30am to 5pm on Saturday where he will be signing copies of The Blue Men, his fourth novel and the latest instalment of the Hotel St Kilda series.
The series, which also includes Catalyst, Heaven’s Door and Lost Souls, follows Tom Brown, an MP who exploits the death of three brutal gang members to implement his own political agenda.
Michael’s latest novel, which was released last year, sees Tom missing and presumed dead after a series of murders, with a retired police detective on the case.
Michael said: "It's always a great pleasure going back too this venue and I'm looking forward to meeting up with readers old and new.
"Also, a big thank you to Sharon and the gang in the store, who have always made me so welcome and supported me so much in the past."
Michael, originally from Hull, has spent most of his life in Prestwich and is now working on a book inspired by Bury.
