Drivers in and around Bury will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
They are all are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:
• A56, from 9pm on June 17 to 5am on Sunday, June 25, moderate delays of 10-30 minutes: M66 northbound and southbound, junction 0 - two lane closure carriageway closure due to maintenance works.
• A56, from 8pm on February 17 to 6am on July 8, moderate delays of 10-30 minutes: A56 northbound and southbound, M66, junction 1 to Bent Gate - carriageway closure for carriageway reconstruction/renewal.
One more closure will begin over the next two weeks:
• M60, from 9pm on Sunday, June 25 to 5.30am on Tuesday, June 27, moderate delays of 10-30 minutes: M62 eastbound, junction 18 - 20 lane closures and closures of slips due to general maintenance works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
