Bury Library are hosting a talk on wellbeing and how people can lead a better quality of life.
The library will welcome public health practitioner Jim McGlynn who will give a talk on Helping Yourself to Wellbeing and Five Ways to Wellness.

Jim’s talk takes place during Health Information Week which will run from 3 July to 9 July.
It is a national information campaign to help people stay healthy and manage illness effectively, leading to a better quality of life.

This free event is on Monday, 3 July from 10am to 11am.
