Officers spotted a vehicle being driven suspiciously along Walmersley Road yesterday (May 24) whilst on a patrol.
Checks were made on the car which showed that the driver had no insurance in place.

Moorside Neighbourhood Officers stopped and recovered the vehicle, and the driver was reported for the offence.

A spokesperson for GMP Bury South said: “Moorside Neighbourhood Officers sighted suspicious vehicle driving along Walmersley Road, Bury, checks on the vehicle showing no insurance policy in place.

“Vehicle stopped by officers and recovered with driver reported for the offences.”
