A bar is temporarily moving its events to a Ramsbottom venue after a fire damaged its Bury town centre premises.
Stanley’s of Bury on Silver Street was ravaged by a blaze in the early hours of Good Friday in which a significant amount of damage was caused.
Six fire engines were sent to extinguish the flames, which also affected House of Bridget next door.
The cause of the fire is not known as yet.
Stanley’s will be moving its events to The Rabbit Hole on Kay Brow in Ramsbottom while repair works take place.
Taking to Facebook, Stanley’s said: “Due to the fire, we're temporarily relocating to a nearby venue until we finish rebuilding.
“We are pleased to announce that we will be moving our events to a new temporary home, The Rabbit Hole in Ramsbottom!
“Our amazing artists, staff, and security team are ready to continue bringing you the music you love, and we can't wait to see you there.
“We will be keeping you updated on any news regarding the reopening of Stanleys of Bury.
“In the meantime, we hope you will join us at The Rabbit Hole for unforgettable nights of live music.
“Thank you for your support.”
