An Easter egg hunt will be taking place in Burrs Country Park this weekend.
Friends of Burrs will be hosting the event on Easter Sunday (April 9) from 2pm until 4pm.
Participants can collect a map with the approximate locations marked where stones have been hidden, from the Egg Hunt HQ, near the Lamppost Cafe.
It will be limited to one egg per child and once found they’ll need to bring their stone back to Egg Hunt HQ to exchange it for an Easter egg.

Wendy Howarth from Tesco Woodfields, Bury, has provided the Easter eggs for the hunt and Mark and Nicola, from the cafe, will be providing pots of compost and sunflower seeds, plus instructions, for each child to take home.
