A town hall worker is celebrating after winning the Made In Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw.

Rebecca Nadin has scooped the prize with ticket number 21297.

She has been a ticket holder since March 2019 and was given the surprise at Bury Town Hall, where she works as the registrars receptionist.

Rebecca's husband, David Pope, also won the draw in December 2021 and used his winnings to treat Rebecca with a beautiful gold and diamond necklace.

Rebecca says she is going to return the gesture by treating her husband to something nice, as well as booking a UK historical break away too.

Bury Town Hall Celebration Suite is home to weddings, civil partnerships and funerals.

Rebecca started her role five years ago, with her first two years as an apprentice.
