A Ramsbottom care home worker has won the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw.
Liz Kyme, an activities co-ordinator at Lavender Hills Care Home, has won the prize with ticket number 22653.
She has been a draw ticket holder since November 2021.
Debi and Phil Fellone, from Made In Bury, visited the Stubbins Vale Road care home to inform Liz about her win.
Liz is currently landscaping her garden at home so her winnings will help to make it look great in time for the warmer weather.
She has also promised a cheeky treat for the residents of Lavender Hills.
The care home offers stunning views across the Lancashire countryside.
Staff specialise in dementia, residential and respite care.
Liz has worked in her current role since July last year and she gets to support residents by planning and implementing a range of activities that support their wellbeing, and can range from a nice walk, a relaxing swim, through to a resident’s day out.
If you’d like to win like Liz please go to www.draw.madeinbury.co.uk for tickets.
The Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is a not-for-profit scheme with funds raised from the draw supporting start-up businesses in Bury with training and interest free loans.
