A park cafe has warned people to be vigilant over fake £20 notes being used in the area.
The Lamppost cafe at Burrs Country Park in Bury said on Thursday that it had spotted a couple of notes it received were not authentic.
Staff have been advised to check money from customers more thoroughly following the incident.
On social media, the popular cafe shared a picture of one of the fake notes alongside a real note.
Addressing customers, a cafe spokesperson said: "Heads-up, there are fake £20 notes doing the rounds, we have had a couple and only realised when we took our banking in today (Thursday).
"It’s easier to spot when looking at notes side by side (bottom is the fake).

"We have briefed all our staff to be extra vigilant.
"Please don’t be offended if we take a little longer checking notes (please do check your notes when getting change, wherever you are)."
