A number of heavy goods vehicles have been reported by police due to weight limit and insecure load breaches in Bury.
Officers have been on Pilsworth Road this morning, Tuesday, following complaints of HGVs breaching the 7.5 tonne weight limit.

A number of HGVs were also reported for having unsecure loads.

On social media, a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police Traffic said: “A number of HGVs have been issued traffic offence reports this morning (Tuesday) by road policing units (RPU) following community complaints after breaching the 7.5 tonne gross laden weight limit on Pilsworth Road, Bury and insecure loads.
“Another 18 tonne HGV issued traffic offence reports for an insecure load and breaching the 7.5 tonne gross laden weight limit on Pilsworth Road, Bury, by RPU following community complaints.”
