A popular cat who made a home on the grounds of Fairfield General Hospital is helping to collect Easter Eggs for patients and staff.
Spritzer, a rescue cat owned by Heléna Abrahams, lives on the Bury hospital's grounds and is a firm favourite with patients and staff.
This year she is once again helping to collect chocolate eggs for well-deserving patients and staff on the ward.
As well as being a hit at Fairfield General, Spritzer also has her own Facebook and Instagram pages where fans can keep up with her adventures.
Spritzer’s Easter Egg challenge aims to thank hardworking staff "from the cleaners to the surgeons" at the hospital and to spread cheer among patients on its mental health ward.

Spritzer and Heléna are aiming to collect 2,000 chocolate eggs are asking generous residents to donate as many as they can so every patient and staff member on the ward can enjoy one.
They’re asking for an extra helping hand to reach their goal this year as the cost-of-living crisis has increased the cost of the chocolate, meaning that fewer donations have so far been received.
Heléna says she has collected enough eggs for the patients on the mental health wards, but will need to receive many more to make sure each staff member receives one.
She said: “Last year we saw how everyone was so happy, the patients all made Easter cards to say thank you to Spritzer.

“It’s everyone’s hospital, so we’re just giving back to the staff, they’re all really grateful.
“They’re just going to work every day, but it means so much that they’re being thought about.”
Heléna is accepting donations at locations across Bury and says she would be grateful for any donation, even of just one egg.
Residents can drop off their donations Poundland in Bury, in the Mill Gate Shopping Centre, as well as Morrisons stores on Dawson Street, Heywood, and Stanley Road in Whitefield as well as the Food Warehouse on Pilsworth Road.
Anyone with questions or donations are asked to contact Heléna through her Facebook page.
