A popular shoe brand is opening its store in Bury town centre later this month, it has been confirmed.
Skechers will be welcoming customers into its outlet at The Rock Shopping Centre for the first time on Friday, March 17.
It is based at the former Dorothy Perkins and Burtons unit, which closed during the pandemic.
The store will stock 700 lines including footwear and will create 15 new jobs in Bury.
The opening date has been announced shortly after the women's clothes shop Vanilla opened at the former Infinities unit on Central Street.

Centre director at The Rock, Arnold Wilcox-Wood, said: “We are very excited to welcome Skechers to The Rock.
“It’s a popular brand and will be a great addition to both The Rock and Bury town centre as a whole.
“We wish the team huge success and we’re sure this new store will be a huge hit with our customers.

Skechers stocks a wide selection of footwear and apparel for men, women, and children.
The brand offers casual, athletic and fashion trends as well as sandals and boots.
