An inquest into the death of a woman who became unresponsive after taking pain medication has been opened.
Victoria Sears, 38, died at her home in Whitefield after being found unresponsive by her partner after taking medication to treat pain.
An inquest opening at Rochdale Coroners Court, heard that Ms Sears had been living with various gynaecological issues, and had been receiving treatment for cancerous cells.

The court heard that Ms Sears went to bed after taking medication and was found unresponsive at by her partner, whom she had known for 10 years.
A search of her home found a note written by Ms Seers to her partner, and medication around her room.
The court heard that there was no third-party involvement in her death.

Assistant Coroner for Manchester North, Julie Mitchell requested a GP overview, toxicology report and post-mortem report to be heard as evidence.
A full inquest was date was set for later this year.
