East Lancashire Railway (ELR) has announced its latest line-up of half term events to help shake away the winter blues.

The heritage railway, which stops in Bury, will be putting on a host of events including family fun adventure days and a malicious mystery for the whole family to solve.

Much-loved favourites will be returning to the railway including the popular Peppa Pig and Friends Fun Day and a themed mystery for both younger and older sleuths.

Families can also dive into the brand-new mythical madness of Dragon Quest.

Dragon Quest, which is new to ELR, invites families to embark on a magical quest to the Mythical Forest of Fantasy and become the newest members of the legendary Dragon Camp.
