Old films looking back at how Tottington and the local area looked will be shown at a society event next week.
The Bury Cine Society will be screening footage of the town at the Tottington and District Horticultural Society talk at Greenmount Old School at 8pm on Wednesday, February 8.

The society has been in existence since 1960 and meets on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at The Mosses Centre on Cecil Street in Bury.
It is a small, informal group with a programme which provides for a wide range of interests in video and film production and presentation.

Dorothy Heaton, secretary for Tottington and District Horticultural Society, said: "It should be a really interesting watch and everyone is welcome to come along.
"As per usual, it is pay on the door and ticket prices include tea and biscuits."
Tickets will cost £2 per person.
