Motorists are being warned of spray and flooding on roads which could make driving more difficult and journeys longer.
There may also be some interruption to power supplies and other services.
Currently, Tuesday is the only day with a weather warning this week.
The Met Office has advised anyone travelling during heavy rain or storms to plan ahead, drive slowly and make sure wipers are used.
It added that if it is possible, try and avoid starting your journey until it clears or use main roads to be less exposed to fallen branches and debris and flooding.
