Greater Manchester Police (GMP) officers in Radcliffe arrested a driver for multiple offences today, Saturday, January 7.
The driver was reportedly found to be in possession of an offensive weapon, as well as driving the car with no insurance and without wearing a seatbelt.
Officers stopped them as they were making their way into the McDonald's.
The driver's car has been seized by police.
A GMP spokesperson said: "Pilkington Park Neighbourhood officers stopped a driver who was just popping into McDonald's. Vehicle recently purchased but failed to buy insurance.
"The driver was also stopped, searched, and arrested for offensive weapon, no insurance, no seatbelt, and vehicle seized."
