A man has been charged with drugs offences after police found cannabis plants at a Prestwich address.
Darius Apara, of Clifton Road in Prestwich, was arrested at 6.30am by Bury’s Challenger team on Wednesday, December 21 following a warrant at his property.
Challenger is a programme run by Greater Manchester Police with the aim of tackling organised crime.

The 29-year-old was taken into custody and subsequently charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs, producing a class B drug and money laundering.

Apara has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Manchester Crown Court today, Thursday.
