In 1967 pupils from the Derby School in Bury were getting ready to go on a trip to Iceland - the country, not the supermarket!
Here some of the pupils who would be taking part are seen packing ‘essential items’ with teacher Brian Heywood who would be accompanying them.
Looks as though they were taking all the food they would need for their stay although with all those tins it's amazing they met their baggage allowance.
