Indie rock band The Cribs have made a special appearance to hundreds of fans at a popular Bury vinyl and coffee shop.
The Wakefield trio made an appearance at Wax and Beans on Market Street to sign records, take pictures and meet fans in the town centre today, Wednesday.
Ben Soothill, partner at Wax and Beans, was delighted to welcome the band, who have released a catalogue of hits over the years including 'Men's Needs'.
He said: “It’s a Wednesday lunchtime and we have The Cribs in Wax and Beans.
“They are a brilliant indie pop band from Wakefield who have come down to do a signing."
Despite it being lunchtime, the inside of the vinyl and coffee shop had been cleared of chairs and tables to accommodate the crowds of eager fans looking to meet The Cribs.
Ben said: “They have re-issued their first three albums and we have the records and some CDs here which they are signing.
“It’s really nice they’re here meeting fans, getting photos and then playing tonight."
