AN appeal has been launched after a gang of men wearing masks carried out an early morning raid of a supermarket in Bury.
Officers were called to reports of a burglary at the Co-op store on Vernon Road, Greenmount, at around 4.45am this morning (Monday, July 26).
Four males wearing balaclavas were spotted leaving the scene, it is understood.
Police are investigating the incident, but have not revealed whether anything was stolen from inside the shop. No arrests have been made at this stage.
