A teenager was taken to hospital after a crash involving two cars on Bury New Road this morning.
Bury New Road was closed for nearly three hours this morning from 9:10am southbound after two vehicles crashed.
North West Ambulance service confirmed that a teenage male was injured in the crash and was taken to Salford Royal Hospital.
A spokesman from North West Ambulance Service said: "We were called today at 09:10 to reports of a two vehicle RTC on Bury New Road.
"We sent and RRV, land ambulance and advanced paramedic to scene and took a teenage male patient to Salford Royal Hospital."
