IT’S that time of year, when everyone’s minds turn to chocolate — especially fantastic Easter eggs — and we want children across the town to make their own.
The Bury and Radcliffe Times are once again running our annual Design an Egg competition, which is open to children and schools across the borough — and the winner will be decided by you.
There are two age groups — four to seven, and eight to 11 — and the winners in each category will have their designs made into Easter eggs by chocolatier Slattery, of Whitefield.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is draw your design on the template on this page, fill in the coupon underneath and send it to: Design an Egg Competition, Bury Times, The Wellsprings, Civic Centre, Bolton, BL1 1AR.
The closing date for entries is Friday, March 31.
Our judges will select the designs, which will feature in a special supplement on April 6.
Readers will then have the chance to vote for their favourites by phone and text.
The winners will be those who receive the most votes.
