A 17-year-old boy has been charged with stabbing a teenager with a broken bottle in Bury town centre.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with wounding with intent.
Two 17-year-old boys who were also arrested in connection with the incident have been bailed until October 24.
The charge relates to an incident at about 11pm on Saturday in the Wylde in Bury town centre when a 16-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed with a broken bottle.
The boy is now said to be "making a good recovery" in hospital.
