I HAVE just returned from visiting my little daughter's resting place at St George's Church in Unsworth and feel shocked and sickened that all her ornaments and teddies have been stolen from her grave.
None of the items had any monetary value but since they were placed there by friends and family to mark various occasions, their sentimental value is priceless.
Just how low are some people prepared to sink in this sick society of ours? If, by chance, the perpetrator is reading this, I would just like to say that, whoever you are, congratulations. Whatever your reasons for doing this, you have now succeeded in piling even more hurt onto a family that has already suffered the worse loss imaginable. Those items are meaningless to you. You have probably thrown them away. If not, and you have any conscience at all, you would return them to their rightful place immediately.
