On the 16th October, Elwyn passed away peacefully with his children, Gwynneth and Glynn, and his grandson, Archie, at his bedside, aged 91 years.The funeral service will take place on the 7th November at 12:30pm at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe.
