PARTINGTON John Lord Passed away on 3rd August 2024 on his way to watch cricket aged 78 years. Dear brother of Nigel and the late Rodney, much loved brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and a dear friend and Scout leader to many. The service will be at St John with St Mark Church, Bury, on Friday 23rd August at 11.00am followed by committal at Radcliffe Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired cheques made payable to Ashworth Valley Scout Camp or 11th/24th St John with St Marks Scout Group may be forwarded to Silletts Funeral Service, Spring Lane, Radcliffe, M26 2TQ. I have known him for over 60 years and nobody ever had a bad word to say about him .he was godfather to both by children paul and children clare and Paul and loved by every in my family he was simply known to everyone as UNCLE JOHN .may he rest in peace dave and pat xxx
