FLEMING Valerie Anita Marie nee HOLMES Passed away peacefully at Fairfield Hospital on 24th April 2024 aged 78. Beloved wife of John, loving, caring mother to Fiona and Lyndsay. Mother-in-law to Paul and Dawn. Loving nanna to Adam, Joe, Lewis, Melissa, Grace and Sophie. Sister to Daryl, sister-in-law to Ann, Joanne and John. "You're at peace now, sleep well my love." Funeral service to be held at Radcliffe Crematorium Wednesday 29th May at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
