DUCKWORTH On the 20th September 2023 Jean Duckworth of Brandlesholme, Bury, aged 89 years passed away peacefully at home. Beloved wife of the late George Albert Duckworth. Loving mother to Rodney, Patricia and Judith and mother-in-law to Gabriela, John and Alan. Much loved grandmother of Andrew, Kristina, Rebecca and Emma and great-grandmother of Isla and James. A wonderful mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. The service will be at Emmanuel Church, Holcombe on Wednesday 4th October at 1.30pm followed by interment at Ramsbottom Cemetery at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, cheques made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support may be forwarded to Unsworths Funeral Directors, Cooper Street, Bury, BL9 OLJ.
