WROE Constance "Connie" Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 18th July aged 87 years. Devoted Wife to the late Frank Wroe. The service will take place at East Lancashire Crematroium on Monday 31st July at 10.30am. Donations if so desired can be made directly to Dementia UK.
