RICHARDS Philip Passed away suddenly, at home on Thursday 23rd February. His funeral service will be held on Thursday 16th March at East Lancashire Crematorium (Radcliffe) at 11.30am. In Lieu of floral tributes and donations, we ask that you carry out an act of kindness in his memory. Philip was a much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be very sadly missed.
