EVANS Philip Mark 'Phil' Passed away suddenly on the 20th February 2023 aged 57 years. Much loved partner to Petra, loving dad to Luke and Lewis. Cherished brother to Janet and Carol. Much loved brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle. Sadly missed by Helen and all his friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday 24th March at East Lancashire Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary or the RSPCA. All enquires to Bury Co-op Funeralcare, Tel 0161 764 4177.

Sorry to hear about this, Phil let me rent a room from him near goshin chippy years ago. He was also one of the best workmates at lancs trade frames. Only found out recently about his passing R.I.P Phil.
