PRIOR Philip Samuel Former Lancashire Police Officer from c.1986 to his resignation c.2010, and latterly employed in the security industry. Passed away on 28th November 2022, aged 61 years. Father of Andrew and Michael. Brother to Christine, Stephen and Caroline. Funeral Service to take place at St Peter's Church, Birley, Herefordshire on Monday, 13th February 2023, at 2.30pm.
