GANZ Dorothy On 23rd December 2022 Dorothy died peacefully in Walshaw Hall Nursing Home, Tottington, Bury, aged 92 years. Beloved wife of Bert, loving mother of Deborah, David and Rebecca, dear grandmother of Alex, Chris, Jake and Ben and great-grandmother of Henry, Albert, George and Oliver. She will be greatly missed by her family as well as the community, which benefited from her being a dedicated volunteer during her later years as a Justice of the Peace, as a team member of Bury Citizen's Advice Bureau and a committed Volunteer at Manchester Crown Court supporting Witnesses and Victims of Crime. The service and committal will be at Radcliffe Crematorium on Friday 13th January 2023 at 1.30pm. The family requests that in accordance with Dorothy's wishes and in memory of her late husband, Bert, rather than floral tributes a donation be made to The Alzheimers Society via the family's memorial page at https://dorothyganz.muchloved.com/ or to be forwarded to Silletts Funeral Service, Spring Lane, Radcliffe, M26 2TQ.
