BURKEY, Stella Margaret Formerly of Bury, passed away peacefully on 29th July 2022 aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late George Edward Burkey, mother of Fiona and Victoria, mother-in-law of Matthew, Granny Star of Patrick, Evie, Hope and Anna, sister of Pauline, sister-in-law of Peter and cousin of Sheila. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday 16th August at 12.20pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired for The Stroke Association, a plate will be provided at the service.
