BUTLER David Suddenly on 16th April 2022, David aged 71 years and of Prestwich. The dearly loved father of Ben. David will be deeply missed by Kath, Laura and all the family and his many friends. The funeral service and committal will take place at Agecroft Crematorium on Tuesday 10th May at 1pm. Flowers or if preferred donations for the benefit of Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary and The Christie Hospital.
