HILL Bernard On 8th March 2022, peacefully in hospital, Bernard aged 88 years and of Whitefield. Formally of the composing room at the Manchester Evening News. The dearly beloved husband of the late Brenda, much loved dad of Janet and John, loving father-in-law of Russell and Carol, devoted grandad of Nicola, Alexandra, Jacques, Martha, Grace and George and great-grandad of Brayden and Ariana. The funeral service and Committal will take place at the East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe on Friday 25th March at 10.30am. Family flowers only please; donations if desired for the benefit of Francis House Children's Hospice.
