SMITH Joseph Peter Passed away peacefully at Killelea house on 26th October 2021 age 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Bessie, loving father of Joseph, Janice, Susan, David and Deborah, father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather great great grandfather, also a friend to so many. Funeral at East Lancashire Crematorium Thursday 11-30 am November 18th 2021. Donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support via Hamers funeral Service Bury. Pho No. 0161 797 7133

Dad, you were and are an inspiration to us all,

You held my hand when I was small
You caught me when I fell
The hero of my childhood years
Of latter years s well
Every time I think of you
My heart just fills with pride
And though I,ll always miss you, Dad
I know your by my side
In laughter and in sorrow
In sunshine and in rain
I know your watching over me
Until we meet again.
For everything you have ever done for me Dad, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you leave a heartbroken family who will never ever forget you.
