ALLEN John Hernaman MBE Passed away peacefully at home on 21st October 2021, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl. Caring and devoted father of Stephen, Wendy and Lindsay. Loving grandad of his precious grandchildren. John's life was lived to the full in giving service to others. The funeral service will be held on Monday 8th November 2021 at 12:00pm at Bury Parish Church, followed by committal at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please. It is with great sadness that I heard of the death of my cousin John. My heartfelt condolences go out to Cheryl and the family. Being in Canada at the time of COVID does make communication difficult at times but my thoughts will be with all those who knew John as the good person that he was.
