WHITTAKER Stephen "wicksy" Passed away peacefully in hospital 18th October 2021 following a rapid change in his illness. Amazing husband to Gail, loving brother to David, father to Antony and Ylek, grandad Wick to Emily. uncle and friend to many. Many thanks to Ward 7 at Fairfield for making Stephens last hours both peaceful and dignified. Thanks also to the Community Palliative Care Team and Red Bank Group Practice for their support.
