MIDDLETON Derek Derek died peacefully on 19th September 2021 at Fairfield General Hospital aged 89 years. Much Loved Husband of Zena, Beloved Dad of Christine, Susan and Kathleen, a Dear Father in law and a Cherished Grandad and Great Grandad. Derek will be sadly missed by all his family and friends The Funeral service and committal will take place on Tuesday 5th October 2021 at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 11:30am.
