LINDSAY Vera On 22nd September 2021, Vera aged 85 years R.I.P. and of Prestwich, passed peacefully at home after an illness bravely borne and surrounded by her loving family, fortified by the Rites of holy mother church. The dearly beloved wife of Peter, much loved mum of Marie, Peter, Joanne and Susan and a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. The family have requested those attending the service are not to wear black. A Requiem Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Grace Church, Prestwich on Tuesday 12th October at 12noon followed by committal at Agecroft Crematorium. Family flowers only please; donations if desired for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support and the Society of St Vincent de Paul.
