JOHN PATRICK GAFFNEY On August 9th 2021 died peacefully at his home in Walshaw, Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church and aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Helen, loving dad of Paul, Louise and John, father in law of John, Michelle and Liz, caring grandad of Thomas, Jack, Sean and Lily, dear brother of Peter and brother in law of Austin, Rosaleen and Pauline. Requiem Mass will be at St Hilda's Roman Catholic Church, Tottington on Thursday 26th August at 10:00am followed by committal at Radcliffe Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired cheques made payable to Prostate Cancer UK or Macmillan Cancer Support may be forwarded to Silletts Funeral Service, Spring Lane, Radcliffe, M26 2TQ.
