SUSAN DUCKWORTH Susan of Holcombe Brook passed away peacefully on 24th June 2021, aged 87 years. Beloved Wife of the late Geoff, much loved Mum of Carolyn and Judith, a dear Mother in law of Tony and Steve, a loving Grandma of Adam, Alex, Joe and Sam and a cherished Great Grandma of Cosmo. Susan will be sadly missed by all her family, friends and neighbours.
