Loving husband of Margaret, devoted dad to Carole and Brian, treasured grandad to Lauren and Rachael and great grandad to Arthur. My Dearest Dad, you will be so deeply missed. I am so proud of you and all that you achieved with mum by your side. From your farming days in Bury to entrepreneur, cafe and bakery owner, hotel owner and serving 21 years in the fire service in Coniston and Guernsey combined retiring as Sub Officer. Sadly we lost Brian but he was so proud of you too. You made me the strong independent woman I am today. You were simply the best. All our love always and forever. Carole, (daughter) and Margaret (wife). (Arthur Brian, Arthur and Margaret's son died in 2007). xxx
